These are among the many organizations and businesses
that have provided support to Share-A-Gift
this year and in the past season.
Thanks to all who participated.
If your organization helped out this past season and is missing here,
please contact us at Info@ShareAGift.org.
Much thanks goes out to all of our supporters and volunteers,
but we sorry that we are not able to list the names of the hundreds of individuals who have participated.
Share–A–Gift is an all-volunteer, secular annual holiday project that provides toys, books, and bicycles for children of low-income families in the area of Colorado’s Boulder Valley School District. Share–A–Gift is a 501(c)(3) under IRS rules and has operated as a non-profit, all-volunteer organization since 1972 – nearly 50 years.
Despite the difficulties imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic, in 2020, we were able to serve over 740 families, representing over 1900 children ages birth to 14, in our community.
In past seasons, Share–A–Gift has relied on donations of new and gently-used toys, books, games, puzzles, and bikes from families throughout the area, with collection events held at schools, businesses, and churches. This year, 2020, with BVSD schools shifting to online-learning and many businesses working remotely, these collections were not possible. Instead, we focused on collecting used bicycles only and purchasing new toys, books, and games in bulk.
If you have supported Share–A–Gift in past years by donating toys or by volunteering your time, we hope you will support us with a monetary contribution. We hope to keep this important event going after this difficult period and return to normal operations in 2021. Gifts of any amount are appreciated!

See the Toy Shop web page for details and requirements. Our toy distribution is on Saturday, December 19, 2020 this year.
Consulte la página web de Juguetería para obtener detalles y requisitos. Nuestra distribución de juguetes es sábado, 19 de diciembre del 2020 este año.
Cash donations are accepted year-round. In 2020, due to Covid-19, children’s toys, books, bikes, and more are collected November 28, 2020 and December 5, 2020 ONLY this year. See the Donations web page for more details.
In years past, volunteers have been the life of our Toy Shop – sorting toys, decorating the shop, picking up donations etc.
Unfortunately, with county ordinances preventing large gatherings of people, we cannot safely accommodate volunteers for 2020’s Toy Shop.
